I can't tell you. You can email the CEO and ask. Their last filing was in late June of 2006. Right before the beginning of the 504. I assume they decided to save the expense and hassle of filing during the 504. I hope, and slightly expect, the quarterly/annual filing to resume sometime after the official completion of the 504. Pinks are not required to file, but doing so would go a long way in verifying that Berman wants to increase the value of this company as much as possible. Will he? Won't he? We'll find out after June 1st.
