Any of you guys notice pdgt over the last couple of weeks...guess I got out a BIT early...wow.

EVSF is being bought out this week and we are told to expect a filing to that effect this week.

DD lookingglass shows it is a foreign company, with significant assets and it also has revenues. Speculatively, it looks IMO like it will be a Chinese company.

EVSF currently has no revenues or assets, and is at a low as a result. The player acquiring the company looks like it will result in a very big boost to the shareprice.

OTCBB listed and fully reporting as well.
