Yes....we will have to find a natural equilibrium. This may take some time if there really is a huge # of phantom shares in our system. If there is a huge phantom share problem....we will never reach equilibrium until all legitimate shares are removed from the system and the remaining bogus shares eliminated...effectively emptying the system. Only then can the US system be repopulated by selling shares into the system at the same price as share price on the PDR system. If there is no...or little phantom share problem....then we will reach equilibrium very quickly. It's my belief that we will be amazed at the huge # of bogus shares which have effectively diluted us down to the current level.
