Thanks, Cowboy. We need a voice of reason around here... It's hard to keep your head when all these crazy people start showing up. I appreciate your thoughts, as well as the thoughts of others I hold in high regard. Hopefully we'll get some reassurance from the company soon. :)
MMs licking their chops at the shakeout possibility here. Timing couldn't be better for them. Remember - trading continues, new TA, more shorts to cover than anticipated. Pharm appears to be moving forward and leaving this BS behind. Select is the culprit; there is no indication that Pharm is anything other than a victim.
If anything it could end up being a benefit for shareholders. There are no guarantees on anything but positive news on product/finanicials on top of a clarifying PR from the co. on this issue and we could be off to the races in a serious way. The question you ask yourself is whether you would be left on the launchpad licking your wounds. I'm sure the MMs will gladly take any discounted stock - and they WILL try and shake you loose.
