Sorry to see it but I have to agree.

I am including a copy of a reply that I sent to PJ today.

Good luck in any future investments that you may be involved in. Remember to do your due diligence and don't trust anyone but yourself when it comes to putting your money on the line. Unfortunately, they told a good story and many, like me, believed it.

Here is the letter to Peter:

Peter,

I have long ago given up any hope of profiting from my initial investments which were made over 3 years ago. It was part of my retirement account and I have been fortunate enough to have made a few other investments that acutally are bearing fruit. I feel comfortable enough to predict that I will be able to afford only the best cat food when I decide to enjoy my golden years.

What will this new company do for me? I haven't heard anything in so long, except for the usual b. s. on the various chat boards.

I remember that SunnComm spun off MediaMax and I think a few other names that escape me now. Will we receive a share for share exchange in the new company? I read somewhere that you were having trouble keeping the offices open. Where will the new company be hq'd? What will become of the CD and DVD copyright protection software that was developed? With the grand failure of SunnComm behind us, what makes you think that investors will have any interest in following you down a new path? How will this new orgainzation be able to assist new ventures without having any successes of its own on record.

By their very nature, Venture Capital groups are gamblers. They know going in that only a small percentage of deals actually end up being profitable. They ususally end up as write-offs against the one in ten that succeed. You are intending to aid those many ideas that the VC's pass on. Wow, what will the projected success rate be on these types of businesses? If the VC's pass on them, they are going to be out on the very fringe of the possible. Are you expecting 1 in 100 to succeed?

I hope that I will have some answers in subsequent press releases or in the "Ask the Prez!" forum, if you decide to bring that venue back.

Regards and best wishes for success in the new company,

Larry Smith
