SA:RSDS--Whatever you wnat to call it 504's, S8's..BS..
Comapny is selling stock...the net money going into the stock is way less than the company is dishing out the stock (again watever you want to call it!! dilution 504 insiders s8)..
It has to break 13...until then it aint goin nowhere..
