You are "forgetting" that their percentages are of NET producers fees - ie, you have to subtract any expenses related to production before the boys get their percentage. As you noted in your cut and paste, they got about $370K out of the $1.5 million or so in producers fees in 9 months ending 2007 - so that might be a good estimate of what they might get from the Rambo $1.5 million producers fees - not the $950K you estimated.
Thats nice to know. I thought they got 60% of gross producers fees but net is much more acceptable and seems fair since they do most of the work. I don't think they will get a share of any end profit family makes at least I hope they don't.
