There are several studios that ReelTime PR'd that never materialized, Lions Gate being the largest and most popular of them. Basically this is the problem in a nutshell:
The bigger the studio, the more they charge for content. The stuff is not free and comes with a daily rate. ReelTime doesn't want to take-on debt, so Lions Gate is shelved until they get subscriptions. Larger studios likely will be as well.
