Thanks for your posts. I'd love to see ISYX reach a nickle. That's far beyond what I'm hoping for. I started investing in ISYX a little over a year ago when the pps was much higher. May 17, 2006, to be exact, when the pps was .58 (taking into account the split and reverse split). I've been averaging down ever since, trying to keep up with the downward spiral caused by dilution, naked shorts, splits, reverse splits, etc. The only reason why I didn't jump ship and cut my losses is because this seems to be a real company, one that is gowing fast. If it wasn't I'd be long gone. My average is down to .0021, so I still have a long ways to go before I break even, but if what you say is true, we should be in for quite a show here pretty soon.

If any of you are interested in a very good audio on what is naked shorting, here's a link.

You mentioned that you estimate between 2.5-3B naked short positions in ISYX, which is many times over the float.

First of all, this has to be illegal. Second, what can be done to force them to cover? What's to say that they just keep on shorting, with no intention of ever covering?

Um actually the company issued 2 billion new shares with a cost basis of .0000

So actually it looks like the company sold 2 billion newly printed shares in the last 5 months. See for yourself it's from the IBOX on this site. There was only 102 million shares outstanding on 12/19, now there's over 2 billion shares. When they max out at 3 billion shares they'll just raise the authorized share count up again for 4th time in 5 months.

Outstanding Shares history per T/A:

05/22/2007: 2,181,153,440
03/30/2007: 1,805,698,895 and Auth bumped to 3B (between 04/01/07 - 05/21/07)
03/16/2007: 1,404,032,229
03/09/2007: 1,294,032,226
02/28/2007: 1,269,032,229 (Billion)
02/12/2007: 999,032,226 and Auth bumped to 2B (2/16/2007)
01/26/2007: 350,000,000
01/19/2007: 320,427,271
01/12/2007: 286,527,503
01/04/2007: 221,159,784
12/29/2006: 172,897,005 and Auth bumped to 1B
12/19/2006: 102,000,000 and Auth 120,000,000
12/18/2006 1/50 REVERSE SPLIT (old symbol ISYJ)

Lets face it no one is selling this stock under .0002 when just a few months ago it traded for many pennies.

Management of this company can print as many new shares as they want. A few months ago it traded for pennies because they just did a 1 for 50 reverse split and it took them a little while (Five whole months) to flood the market with 2 billion new shares.

Did you ever visit the company like you said you were going to do?

I agree, but it will require strong news to pass the squeeze trigger zone. Perhaps Mexico, as we have not heard anything since they started developing that market.
