Exactly. It's called Preforeclosure or "Short Sale" in Real Estate. You basically take over the mortgage or payments for the person going into foreclosure and meanwhile you find a buyer and profit the equity.

So what JMCP can very much be done but in a business model. As long as there is equity, there you go.
