As per e-mails from Sandy, he took into account an estimate from what was converted from the RESTRICTED prefferreds.

Our OS is 12.2 billion as of 3/30.

12.2B + 5B('504') + Conversion = 20 to 25 B

And I am not counting on possible short covering done with restricted stock, because that could take us over 50 Billion and kill the stock.

I didn't get any partial fillers yesterday @0.0001.

I am trying to finish averaging down to below 0.00015, but only got filled in two ocasions, and only partials.

All we can do is wait. And "by summer" could be LONG. I remember the US Carrier "by winter"; LOL.

Also, this whole thing about the Buyout, could be all a disguise to attract some buyers, making them think that someone is taking over, so that they hurry and make their bids.
