(PINK SHEETS:SKCI - News) Board of Directors is pleased to announce that it has approved a 10:1 forward stock split on or about June 11, 2007 for shareholders of record on June 1, 2007. Concurrent with the forward stock split, the company will also be changing the name of the company to DIVERSITY GROUP INTERNATIONAL INC.
