I'd like to see them sell a million shares at around 1.50 (instead of a PIPE or lower stock price) to help liquidity.

Charts are worthless if the underlying fundamentals are showing a company that is going under. I will submit to you that the charts only reflect reactions after the fact to information. Thus if a company announces that it is filing for bankruptcy only then will your chart show that it is going down and it is now too late. My point is that only thorough scrutiny of the filings would provide leading indicators of the future performance of the company.
