With the PR's they have put out in the last year and a half it would be impossible to predict if their statements on cash is possible or not. Nothing with any importance or value ever comes to fruition. They have been talking about being a fully reporting company for years and have done nothing to get there. A name change has nothing to do with financials or anything else and yet they hint that it is the first step in becoming a fully reporting company. The name they have picked is not connected to another companies name so their is no reason it shouldn't be done in two months. In comparison look how long it takes a company to change its name and trading symbol if they are doing a reverse split. ( about 24 hours )Why they choose to make themselves look like dead beats is beyond me, but they have showed nothing else.
