I, too, believe the lawsuits are the reasons for the price deterioration, and I, too, believe they're without merit. I received some legal papers in the mail today, asking me to join a law suit from one particular firm. The investors are getting this stuff, looking for tax losses for the year to balance their gains, and I believe they're getting scared out of the stock. Wouldn't be surprised to see the price jump nicely in January, when the tax selling is over.

This could be a situation where peolple are selling this at a loss and then the stock will be bought heavily in Jan.

Then, maybe not.
We will know soon.

I would like to buy more, but I'm overweighted enough already in NENG. But, if it goes to 4 or more on no news, I'll be buying more.
