For what I see is since the new CEO took over the PPS was falling dramatically on pretty heavy volume ...!! I do not see the CEO (new one that is) as doing a good job..especially when starting to post on message boards...red flags all over...
I still hold 40 thousand shares..and I am still up on it as I was selling 50% of my initial position at 50 cents last year...but this is smelling rotten NOW

Swan - Bret explained in a previous post that the promise to be on the OTCBB in 2006 was made prematurely by a former insider no longer with the company; as I understand, the former insider has been selling his holdings. I do not know whether his sales are concluded.
