The terms wil be different with "Kill"..

Righteous Kill is being written by Russell Gewirtz, who past credits include Denzel Washington-Clive Owen thriller Inside Man (directed by Spike Lee) and the upcoming Labyrinth.

Randall Emmett, of Emmett/Furla Films, said both Pacino and De Niro had long been seeking to work together again and claimed he’d been happy to act as a catalyst to enable them to do so.

Shooting begins in August in Connecticut and New York and is expected to last for two months. The project is being independently financed although Lerner expects the film to be sold and distributed by a major studio before production begins.

Okay. I'm new to this stock, but how is this stock involved in some major pictures like it is and trade at the price it's at? Can someone please explain what's going on here? And I don't want to here dilution, because this stock doesn't have nearly as many out as some that have had much bigger runs with nothing going.

botfeeder each picture is negotiated separtely depending on the time and work that went into the film they get a producers fee. The profit sharing depends on who brought the film to Avi and the amount of money invested by family in the film. the cost of kill are shared by family and Avi so I would think we would share depending on the % we invested. A sale of the film before its produced and before any costs are incured should be a bonanza for family especially if the buyer funds the production.
