Again I have to disagree partially. It's not the manufacturing, it's the patents which are owned by INSM and define how to produce iPlex + the knowledge of the INSM research staff. Takeover is in my opinion if medical trials are successful a certainty (that was established here long ago before the results of the juridical trial came in). All that matters is the price and the takeover partner (I would place my bets on DNA).
