Discussions with European investment bankers have revealed to Company management that the anticipated trading level for the new European entity will be in the area of 0.25 Euros.

Natural Medicines new Cusip Number has been approved for the new ticker symbol.
NEW CUSIP NUMBER for the new symbol is 63889A101.
The person who applied for the change was the old Transfer Agent represtative, his name was Nathan Rodgers.
Anyway, CUSIP number has been completed for Natural Medicines. The change wont apply to Pharm Control LTD or symbol PMCL, because they wont be affiliated with the new symbol and company name. The paperwork was processed only for Natural medinces LTD, as required.
