Hi RK. Seems Jenna touched a real nerve with that little Smart Card company. As for the lady and the penny: Pennies should be banned forthwith. It's like the Princess and the Pea. I never understood that story. Someone slips a little pea under a mattress and the Princess can't fall asleep 'cause it was too uncomfortable? What was it...a 300 pound pea?
