The Raging Bull dudes posted over the weekend that "planned" sales of approximately 1.3 M combined shares have been reported on one of the poster's Scottrade Insider Trader lists. The "intents" to sell are from three sources,primarly in March/April, if my memory is right but you can read it off that site. The "Iceman" said in a audio report last week that: "they've all sold except me". I don't know if the RB poster's list from Scottrade are the same sellers as Iceman referenced but there was definitely heavy selling during late March/April. How much advance notice do insider sellers have to give to the SEC? The question is: are all of these big sales now completed? Thanks. p.
