maddog, looks like it dipped quite a bit:) I've been nibbling lightly hoping it can break down one more time to get more. Most of the sellers have been washed out over the last 2 years. But we're still talking Fla condos. The util/elect biz (SEPCO) looks to be doing fairly well though with backlogs up a fair amount recently and they CapExd for new equipment recently so the field equipment should have some useful life.
And they came in unde rbudget and ahead of schedule in their Phase I Central Fla work. I need to do a lot more homework though. Just a starter position.
