Friend of mine talked to Gabe few weeks ago and at that time the impression given was that any ads from the original time spot will go to RRGI completely and Spike gets it for the reruns. This is part of why we think RRGI got a crappy time slot. Its not your traditional contract is what was told

best thing is to contact Gabe, he is good at returning calls and emails.

Usually the advertsing deal is a 50/50 split, even if you buy the air time.
