My gut tells me these folks have sacrificed greatly to build this system and company to this point. They know they've got something special, and I doubt very much they will sell themselves short.

songbird, I'm sure at this time Paul Strickland believes certain revenue/profit targets can be met or surpassed. Because of this I'm confident the price he's put on Spooz is centered on his estimates of the future.
Now if Spooz is successful at meeting these target projections it will have demonstrated its long term success is more likely and Paul's price for Spooz Inc. would accordingly be more....quite a bit more : ).

There are several unproven things like how well Spooz's products will be received by the buying public to be determined before SPZI investors should count their profits
though. Apparently management has been going great guns in ramping their technical assistance programs to ensure that software buyers will be pleased with their purchaseS. The level of acceptance of Spooz's line of software during the next few months should be very interesting.
______________

With the reports coming back from the shareholder's meeting it appears SPZI might be better considered a long term investment than a flipper's paradise. Because of Strickland's long term development plan we'll probably be hearing negative sentiments from some disappointed short termers.
