I'm not clear on what benefit would be realized by cancelling the preferred. That is the lowest integrity approach. Making good on the promises is not going to materially affect the company, but it at least has some good will associated with it. Cancelling them would just add to a heap of ill will. No need to do that. The cost to make good on this obligation can't be THAT expensive, can it?

Russell paid you. And management has referred to you as one of those they have used to "promote" the stock.

What you think about the preferreds is tainted, highly suspect and most of all irrelevant.

Read again: I did not state as a fact that a charge had been brought. This is indicative of your level of scrutiny on all that you post about.
