the 2 billion shares, if thats the share we are using, at a price of .0011 would be enough to cover 2.5 mil. minus 10% cash... so i believe we are in good shape

I agree - that is the whole point of Garr saying, "Hey we slightly increased the O/S because we were setting aside 2 million shares for such a time as this...why is that so hard to read from the PR???
