I'm sure they would love to release a ton of info if they could but you have to remember if its part of the OSC investigation the lawyers will advise against it. Its that simple.

I have a feeling that they're more concerned with saving their asses, at this juncture, than they are about having the CEO communicate with shareholders about what's going on.

And another thing... PV should be removed from the lines of communication completely. He is not a company officer, which means nothing he says matters (which, in turn, means that he can say ANYTHING he wants to. get it?).
