I must be missing it...you have proof that none of this has / is happening behind the scenes.
It would seem they are / have been producing, have properties, & mineral assets.
They got were able to get loans apparently based on their assets.
They posted financials representing their assets.
They have had outside sources do DD to back them and for buyout purposes.
Dividend issue is not to hard to wonder about, since they were on the SHO list for over a year, I suspect there was / is some difficulty in accurate accounting of shares, and who does and doesn't get divies.
They offer the same credibility in filings or lack thereof, PRs', TAs', etc. as most every Pink & even OB stock.
It all comes down to whether you believe in the information that is put in front of you or you don't.
The agenda becomes apparent when a poster starts repeating the same thing over and over again.
Especially if they don't have a vested interest in the company.
Most folks won't while a way their day posting criticisms of a company they don't have interest in.
