The program has a large Help File(Set Language to English in the Options Menue. A few Records Reports remains in Dutch. The programmer has told me that translating these reports to English requires more that just language translation;
A Vortex Excel spread sheet with the QQQ share prices can be requested by contacting me at my e-mail address;
The Vortex Book is available only in Dutch. I think I may have a short English version still available but have to find out where it is stored, if it is still on file (I had some computer crashes and it may be lost). Various AIMers have downloaded this English version of The Vortex Method about a years ago and may still have a copy on file.
If I cannot recover the original then maybe you can get a copy from others.
