Its well overdue like 6-9 months or more. We have been told developments are underway but nothing concrete and also have been told this before (several times). Its certainly cheap here at a 4 million market cap if they ever get the ball rolling with the type of deals they have in mind.
The important thing is after a year of nothing they haven't given up and remain confidant.
