Ya'll realize that even if they completely boosted the outstanding shares, and in the unlikely event that they actually do file a 10-Q (snowflakes chance in hell) the share boost didn't occur until after the 31st of March so yuo still won't know what the outstanding share count is until mid-November. That's IF they continue to file, and with Mr James Bickel's record of LYING to the public and his shareholders, that's a really big if. You honestly believe he has any intention of re-listing? He's pretty much placed himself alongside the same ilk as James Holmes of Lifeline Biotechnologies. Just another scam artist. I just say it's wonderful that revenge is the Lord's, because he'll think up far better punishment for these jerks than we ever could,,, Have a good day.
