Pretty sweet - I'm glad they are not just focusing on Regsho - which doesn't "necessarily" apply to PK stocks, but the overall transparancy of the markets. So often, we're playing with uneven decks and it'll be nice to have an even playing field.
Thanks for the link. Seems a bit hypocritical for Pitt to be talking about transparency and better enforcement. Wouldn't he have been the one to enforce such things in the past? And these two guys are actually on the short selling side, kind of crazy that they are the two that were interviewed. I suppose their point was that naked shorting wasn't a big problem in the past, even last year, but I doubt that.
Regardless it's great to see the NSS problem getting attention. It needs to be stopped.
