Just look at the board information for this chatroom! It says:

2,000,000,000 Authorized
1,204,141,185 OutStanding

So 1.2 billion as of the last time that information was updated. AMHD has obviously been selling shares like crazy in order not to go out of business. But given how low the pps has been lately, I can't begin to imagine that they have even $1 million saved up. My information says that it takes $15 million or so to start up a 10MGY biodiesel plant. What sort of partner are they going to be with 1/15 or 1/20 of the necessary funds?
