It's cost them nothing to enter into an agreement to provide their comm systems if Mainline and IP manage to sell some systems.

I agree with you, Fujikura not in JV for lol, they see potential in the product. On the china JV, here's a copy of China's laws on joint ventures, check out what IP had to accomplish b/4 IP signed JV in China. BTW I would like to hit the pinks, who wouldn’t? Sometimes you have to cook a good meal on a stove, not 3 minutes in a microwave.
