If there is a huge # of phantom shares in the US system nothing can get the sp where it should be. Phantom shares have the same effect as dilution. The only thing that will work is exactly what MT is doing. Force the broker dealers to come clean by issuing a divy so they have to disclose shareholders and # of shares held. Also...have shareholders pull their certs and then buy up the remaining OS.....which will expose the actual # of bogus shares in the system. The legal team is waiting and IMO prepairing to go after the thieves responcible. Once the system is emptied of all shares...shareholders can send their certs back to their brokers if they want. Of course many of us will have exchanged our certs for PDRs by then. I know I sound like a broker record.....but as many of us as posible must pull our certs to help make this work. We are the heart of a revolution here. Even if you don't trust exchanging your certs for PDRs...at least pull your certs and when all this pans out....you can return them to your broker. GLTA
