This is how I see it. If the CUSIP change doesn't force the illegal shorts to cover; the anticipated splits and divi will.

Looks like ETRD may be trying to hold back. Remember when he restricted online trading? I am just happy to see RBCM gone. This should move up on it's own merits. It was before RBCM arrived.
