For one, when the financial statements are released, just the fact that they will be current will be a positive unto itelf. Previous operating results are history and somewhat irrelevant in that GTEM's focus has changed so drastically since the FS coverage period. The P&L (including any restatements) won't change the current state of the company, only tell the story. I don't see how the condition of the balance sheet will damage the current SP of $0.21. Worst case is already in the SP. What will be most interesting IMO will be the "sources of funds" which will answer many questions as to how the company has cash flowed for these many months since the last FS release.
