I understand where you're coming from. This may be a scam. That's why you don't put a lot of American Presidents Portraits into it.
On the other hand if the company does put 2 million dollars into a buyback the stock should skyrocket. Be careful but the rewards may be high. I see a lot of buying going on here with RNKE at very cheap prices.
