that is the info for REELTIME. Anyone could add to it and sent it to Reeltime ???? There is a bad weather accross the US - internet backbone damaged - no DSL and broadband service in NJ -maybe, that has to do a lot with it. Also we are in the BETA stage... don't you forget.

The video of Jen plays very choppy(delayed) first time . Once it is played, second view is smooth and has no problems. It seems you need time to preload the video. It would be correct,if you show the reeltime animated logo for few sseconds until the Jen video fully preloads. this same woud be good for Jane tutorial. Also you need more or bigger button controls on Jen Video Screen -it looks too simple.
Also they need to change the background co;or on the left sidebar to darker - (medium red) It would look better.
