That's a big victory for piracy.

Also, on CNBC a short time ago, they did a big segment on buying music for presents, with the biggest focus on TMS, but also mention of Napster. They showed a young man who bought his Dad an iPod and filled it with $400 of his own favorite music from TMS. The Dad was thrilled to learn about all the music his son loves and thought it was the best present he ever got.

They also mentioned the monthly allowance and the gift certificats available from TMS.

During that segment Jane mentioned that Kazaa won a big case in the Netherlands today. She didn't mention any details.

So, the war continues.
