Not sure where you get 150X value from, but here's a very good fairy tail for you. Instead of buying out AURC at what was its current pps of .10, this company would rather pay .55, so AURC PRs this buyout to raise the pps so that this company buying them out feels like they're getting a better deal. And AURC has 5 million ounces of gold just sitting around worth 3.3 billion, that goes with the deal right. Wow some people are gullible.

Ok so your issue is with the value of the divy, not the actual divy.. Here is were the issues lie in my mind as well. But the problem here is we dont know the value. Stock was at $2.00 a share, as well you know and have heard over and over I'm sure. As have I, my point being, there could be some value here right ? If the company is not lying, then this has some legs..
