Ah yes - I forgot how posting the TRUTH is somehow bad (and related to my stock ownership). I do own stock, and I am actually smart enough to know that we will get nowhere without finding out all of the truth, be it Jim innocent or guilty. Most here know that - you are an odd exception. I am not here to foll innocent investors either - if you are upset about not being able to dump your stock, why not complain about Jim, who got us in all of this mess in the first place!
Not to mention, the PACER updates have nothing to do with CKYS (but again, you missed that). I certainly believe that it is possible that the company could survive even if Jim IS guilty. Maybe if you were smart enough to actually look at the big picture, you would think a little before you go slagging off..
