ouch...It's okay for companies to issue stock, if they use the money to make money - which is what EFGO is doing. We won't know the official O/S until after 2Q # come out, but I'm assuming that O/S and A/S is around 11 Billion - did I read the earlier PR right everyone? Or am I mistaken?

Though it does appear that a lot of those shares are restricted and cannot be sold for 1-2? years maybe...I've been on vacation, so someone else will have to verify this info...
