Yeppers - TDAm has won a battle or two, but they are quickly losing the war.

All any honest thinker has to ask is why hasn't any othr brokerage firm seen fit to restirct buys.

Another interesting question to ponder is "Why is Ameritrade 'protecting' their customers while TD Waterhouse clients can still buy at will?"
