Who cares what he thinks? I for one am excited the show airs May 19th. Until it airs all the negative babble is pointless. The fact of the matter is the show is filming, more episodes are showing up on Spike, people associated with the show say sit back wait and see and that is what I intend to do. All the other BS is just that BS. After it airs most can make their own decision on what they think and how they play this thing out. If it works it works if not well all the bashers will have their day. Good luck to all

Great post!

Agree all the way. Supporting your position with this post

For those who are new or dont' get what's 'real' about Reality TV.

Reality TV is not REAL. All are scripted and re-shot countless times, to 'get it right'.

The Networks don't care about the 'contestants' (sorry contestants) they just hope that they can magnify all their faults for the camera and create drama.

It doesn't matter who on this board likes the show or not, the quality, the concept or Lee's haircut. It only matters if the show has ratings and viewers.

Jay being from Florida and them filming in Florida is already starting to get them good local press.

One last thing. You really don't want the host of a Reality TV show to cast a shadow over the show. If they would have used a bigger NASCAR name, All the press would have been about that name. If you notice ALL the hosts of Reality Shows are/were pretty much unknown before their Reality Shows took off.

What I like in what I am seeing RRGI do as far as producing the show, is following the accepted, standard, traditional production for making successful Reality TV Shows, not race car shows..

Just compare what they are doing to iDol, Dancing with Stars, UFC, Wife Swap..

So, dffhogs, so are right on with your post..and this long reply of mine to your post is that support..
