Rubbish, those are not good reasons to delay a PR.

Shorts will maintain their short position until they have to cover. If they are "in the green" on a short position they are not going to cover. Their ultimate goal is to never cover and never record their capital gains screwing the tax man.

A major JV PR will accelerate the covering process which I believe is starting now. imho
