Wow. It is hard to see how they would get to 300W with
basically four Montecito core shrunk to 65 nm unless
the system functionality (routers, CSI, IMC) is running
crazy hot and they really dialled up CPU voltage and
frequency. The CSI patents apps I have seen show a
big simultaneous effort at the architecture, protocol,
and circuit level for dynamic power management.
