Cass, as I recall, it was "IYO" (IN YOUR OPINION), e.Digital would be out of business by the end of 2003 (or April 2004 according to Sent). That being said, your value of your IMO's are barely above absolute ZERO.

YES they did say that. They felt that business was going to be so strong they wouldnt need to go on any more fundraisers unless a major deal was signed. IT was clearly stated. And besides, you said they would be bankrupt by end of 2003...so nice call.
