yes, you are reading correct.

Right now, the corporate name is recognized as being Pharm Control LTD. When the CUSIP and symbol change apply, this will change to Natural Medicines LTD.

PMCL wont be recognized as an entity anymore when that occurs. Besides being a previous corporate name, Pharm control will be no more.

Now when i say the CUSIP wont apply to PMCL, it is for this reason. They arent going to apply the CUSIP number to our shares as is, they will apply them when the symbol changes.
