My interpretation is that it has not been decided if Cornell will be taken out....if I was strategic investor, I for one would not get on board with them there...strategic investors are smarter than us

what scares me about all of these deals is that management has made it very clear that they dont mind selling for MASSIVE loses. I dont think they understand that you should sell a company for profit!!!
I want to know how much the sale of these companies is going to cost us.

Maybe I missed it, but , where did the info you proved come from ? Did you talk to someone in the company, email someone in the company, gleen it from PRs and SEC filings , . . .. .
